ordered 1st April delivered 14th April I am in the UK never used or even seen a laser pri ter before. just put it together and done my first engrave to try it out. the USB failed a couple of times and I disconnected and re connected the cable and then it was OK. 50min engrave and came out perfectly. hope this continues.
